Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Soul and Life. Alot of people don't have that anymore. I've been walking around town all throughout the city and people just look like they have given up. I play through Round Rock man and people enjoy it. It's hard to practice at home so I just go to the park. My point is I'm working on my crafts all day every day. This is what I do so if your not about that work then i'm not the one for you. Time is money and my time is Very Valuable!!!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My Workstation is Smooth. I have a Tascam set up for live recording vocals for on the road or a show. Instant snap of the finger recording. Also have the apollo UA setup which is the standard. Focusrite is good however it's not Apollo. That alone requires me to charge more for all of my work. I'm pretty sure my setup is not like everyone else who like to buy the expensive gear. Just gotta know what your looking for and the sound you need. Got 2 Roland's 1 Arranger 1 Workstation: Now if you don't know the difference well hmm let's just say that's why I charge more.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Busta Rhymes because of his work ethic and consistency in music plus he's got the best flows other than members from Wu-Tang. Duke Ellington for the Jazz. Fela Kuti for the Afro beat and blues/jazz vibe. His music is amazing and I'm so glad I came across his music because other than miles davis he's one of the reasons why I play the Sax.
