A pleasure to work with
Belle is a amazing, talented , creative artist and producer ! She’s Such a wonderful person to work with and she’s made every song we’ve worked on together WAY better than I could have ever imagined. I recommended Belle 100%. On top of the fact that she’s such a sweetheart and a joy to work with. Absolutely love Belle!!!
I couldn't recommend Belle enough! She is a phenomenal artist, vocalist, songwriter and producer! She has made every project we have worked on a dream. It's a pleasure to work with someone who puts so much care and love into a project.
Belle is an incredible person to work with. She has a very good attention to detail when it comes to production.
Belle is an incredible producer, songwriter, artist, and collaborator! Her sound-design is original and innovative, and never fails to get my head nodding and my body moving. She is unafraid of doing the "un-fun" stuff of producing, especially when it comes to editing and correcting vocals, for example. She digs right in, and completes whatever task is necessary unbelievable fast and accurately.
I HIGHLY recommend Belle for anyone looking for a unique, yet commercially viable modern sound! She is a true professional, and so incredibly personable, too. Each session is a true pleasure!
Love working with Belle, she is so professional and talented and I can’t wait to work with her again in future. Cannot recommend her enough!
Belle is a phenomenal musician, writer and producer. Her work is always interesting, fresh, creative, and well crafted. I'm lucky enough to have worked with her in the past, and the result was every bit as good as I'd hoped for. Belle is also very fun and easy to work with in my experience, so with any luck we'll get to work together again!
If you hire Belle for your project, you can be sure you'll get a beautiful, professional result.
Interview with Belle Garcia
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People think I'm superwoman and I can fix recording issues, and while I do my best, sometimes we just need a better recording.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What are your expectations? Their inspirations, and why they work in music, also if their song was a color, what color would it be, it always works to get a better vision.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure your ideas are always being heard by the people you hire, there's no wrong or right in music.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My computer, my Neumann mic, a piano, a guitar, and some source of infinite electricity and wifi... so I could still collaborate with people.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been making songs since I was 8 years old, but professionally I've been working with artists as a producer since 2020, so almost 4 years now.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My own personal style is dark, mysterious, sassy pop, I love adding a sexy tone guitar here and there, but in general, I'm open to experimenting and coming up with new ideas.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Sabrina Carpenter, I like her style, and I would love to hear how she describes her vision.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Trust your gut; it's better to break some rules and try out ideas than not to try at all and lose the chance of something magical.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Usually, Pop music, but I've made some songs in the genres of Hip-hop, R&B, and Reggeaton.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I listen to my artist in what they want, and what's their vision.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I make sure the music scape fits the tone of the lyrics, I want each song to live in its perfect sonic world.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: They send me a voice note with the idea of the song and some references and I work from there. Go back and forth with a couple of revisions, making sure the vision has been captured.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a Universal Audio interface and a Mac computer.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Jack Antonoff, Pharrell Williams, Timbaland, Juan Gabriel, Linda Perry.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I usually make beats for my clients, so I make the instrumental tracks for their specific songs.
