Martin Jota Yubro, electric, acoustic and nylon guitar player, Composer and Producer, owner of LeChateau Studio, professional musician since 1996, music director, and songwriter.
Recording, Mixing with more than 50 edited albums where you can hear the versatility on his recordings and live performance, accompanying or opening band with renowned County Artists as well as various Internationally known Rock, Pop, Folk, and R&B Artists, including:
Silvina Moreno, La bomba de tiempo, Andy Inchausti, Cenny Ray (Usa), Lee (Usa), Cecy Leos (mex), Sofia Macchi (mex), Sebastian Vitton (mex), and many more
opening shows Ed Sheran, Natalia Lafourcade, Lila Downs, Carlos Rivera, Santiago Cruz, etc...
All sessions are recorded in Pro Tools using Antelope audio and Universal Audio

I record in my own, well equipped studio using classics and modern electric and acoustic guitars and amps
guitars Fender telecaster, stratocaster, Gibson Les Paul, 335, Acoustic Ovation, Taylor and Nylon luthier Cordoba and Agustin Gaytan using microphones (u87, km 184 or 57) or Strymon fender marshall vox modeled amps (are amazing)
mesa boogie dc 3 valve amp or genz benz

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: you can hear it on Spoti, im Martin Jota Yubro Silvina Moreno recently released her fourth album with Sony Music and I have been one of the producers

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Production on two hole albums, one Ep Mixing two albums and singles Recording guitars on singles

  17. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  18. A: well, on a desert island you will haven't electricity, so i will pickup my guitar, glockenspiel, few percussion instruments and let it flow

  19. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  20. A: 30 years more or less I start to play guitar as a kid, trying to play Steve vai's and Megadeth's riff in my room, Then I played in bands and fronted band, we recorded our albums. I continued studying guitar, different styles, one day I bought a computer, audio interface and a microphone and the world opened up for me, I started recording and producing friends and the road never ended

  24. A: A lot, because i love it Always is a new challenge

  28. A: I work with music, all Ive been playin and mixing, Rock, Pop, strings quartet, Bossa, Indie, Flamenco, Heavy, Electronic

  30. A: I am an artist, I care a lot about everything I do and I put my creativity, tools and knowledge at the service of music, I know how to listen and I know how much to let go

  32. A: dedicated, original and fresh arrangements, vivid sounds, embossed, air everything what i feel music needs

  33. Q: What's your typical work process?

  34. A: it's always different but it starts by talking a lot with the artist about what you need

  35. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  36. A: I have a Special Room dedicated to produce, write, record and mix Instruments (like a music shop), interface, mac protools runing (is my house), monitors UAD hardware, Waves, Soundtoys, Fabfilter, Overloud, Brainworks, etc... plugins

A: Mark Ronson, Pharrel Williams, Neil Rodger, Rob Kinelksi, Nigel Godrich, Gustavo Santaolalla, Quincy Jones, Tony Maseratti, David Longstreth, Eduardo Cabra, Manny Marroquin, Michael Brauer, John Mayer, Eric Jhonson, Vulfpeck, Snarky puppy, Scott Henderson, Jimmy Hendrix, Gustavo Cerati, Paco de Lucia, John McLaughlin, Egberto Gismonti, Yamandu Costa, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Steve Vai, Pantera, Red Hot, and many many more, but the common factor in all of them is passion, depth and intensity

  39. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  40. A: I produce music for and with artists, some I write / co-write and some I just produce (make arrangements, play instruments, choose sounds, etc...). My goal is to help artists communicate their vision. I like to work in all different styles and don't worried about the idea of ​​how it should sound. i talk with artist and try to interpret what they want to say, I do same as a session player working for artists or producers, and same on a mix. Everything is based on the construction and the team
