My name is Matt Connell and I have been mixing and mastering music for over 15 years. I'm well versed in sounds from folk, to metal, to hip hop and I'm always ready for new challenges.

I am a master at work, mixing and mastering music is my forte and I grew up surrounded by music. I work on projects that range from pre-production and recording to final mix and mastering, at Concept Music based in Nairobi, Kenya.

I've been doing studio work since I was a kid, and I was lucky to get to learn from some very talented and knowledgeable musicians in Northern & Southern California, and Seattle. I have always worked harder than most other guys I knew. Heavily focused on playing for the song, rhythmically, melodically, the atmosphere, vibe, tone, attitude, etc.

Powerful female vocalist with adaptable style. Currently a touring artist with flexibility to do studio singing from the road (though based in NY). I've sung on lots of projects for film/TV. Naturally have a soulful style but can adapt to your needs. Easygoing and (I think/hope) fun to work with!
