I am a brass multi-instrumentalist proficient in many different styles, as well as an accomplished composer, arranger, and keyboardist/synthesist. I play keys and horns for Bootsy Collins, as well as musical directing and arranging, and I have recorded multiple brass instruments on multiple Grammy-nominated albums.

My name is Chris Smith, I specialize in keyboards, production and composition. I have been the keyboardist for Grammy winning group, Jefferson Starship since 1998. I've written music for television for 30 years.

I play all saxophones (soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone) and also flute, clarinet, and bass clarinet. Additionally to jazz and classical music, I'm well versed in Brazilian genres, such as samba, choro, and maracatu.
