Rita is a multi-instrumentalist with 25 years of playing experience that has has been recognized by SXSW 2018, WNYC Public Radio’s Studio 360, and The Nashville Scene. Classically trained in violin, Rita currently plays a wide variety of genres including classical, indie folk, indie rock, bluegrass, and country.

I attended Berklee College of Music from 2008-2010 and graduated with a degree in Songwriter with a principle instrument in electric bass. After school I moved to Los Angeles and worked as a session and touring bass player for five years. In 2015 I moved to Nashville to pursue a career as an artist and songwriter.

If you want a soundtrack that is more than those generic one-size-fits-all tracks you can get off a royalty free website, I'm your guy. From synth driven soundscapes to folk jingles to horror music, I've done it all. There's nothing more satisfying to me than watching the director when the music cues hit just right.
