Hi there, my name is Nicolas Michaux. I'm a singer-songwriter, music producer and mixing engineer. Born and bred in Belgium I now divide my time between Brussels, where I work at The Free House studios, and the Danish island of Samsø, where I take care of my daughters and work on music.

I have sound mixing credits that include 3 Academy Awards, 2 BAFTA's and 1 Emmy Award. Extensive credits in film, television, documentaries and commercials. Recent credits include " Mad Max; Fury Road" "It " "The Defiant Ones" The Beatles "Eight Days a Week the Touring Years" "Air Jordan XXXI" "Father John Misty" and many others.

I can provide you with composed vocal lines as well as improvisations and lyrics. I also have my own solo project, for which I create dreamy, experimental songs.
