My name is Ahmed Kahn and I am a mixing engineer. I started my career working under the wing of Lee "JR" Hutson, a Grammy nominated, platinum producer. I have recorded and mixed many records for artists including Jason Derulo, Lallah Hathaway, Ledisi, Malcom Jamal Warner, Tony Royster Jr. and Robert Glasper to name a few.
I engineer in Oakland CA where my colleagues and I mix and master songs for hundreds of artists of all genres.
I specialize in clean emo and alternative vocals for EDM, melodic bass, and electronic music. My vocal style blends emotional delivery with strong melodies, making it a great fit for artists looking for a cinematic, heartfelt sound.
