Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: All I need from you are some thoughts on how the track should sound like and preferably send some songs from bigger artists as a reference! :)
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I love seeing all of the smaller artists also receiving clients and sometimes being better than the big and expensive ones! So my answer would be - all less known artists!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is that I will treat your track as is if it was my own track without “cutting corners” and providing the highest quality service!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Q: Is my track going to sound professional? A: Yes, that’s guaranteed when working with me, I have years of experience in the music industry, I have graduated a music school and I’m currently working with major artists.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Honestly, I have no idea.

Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I love receiving voice memos from clients who hum out an idea for the song, however, that’s optional, by receiving a reference track from you I can start working on a track from scratch and that’s how it usually goes for me!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a pair of KRK studio monitors, m50x headphones, a custom built pc and an acoustically treated room to get those mixes sounding as clean as possible.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I’ve worked on quite a few projects in the past but the biggest and most time consuming project I have worked on (and I’m still working on it) is my own artist project - MarkMate. I would’ve never thought to be working with the amazing artists I have worked in the past and still am working with. I would be nowhere without the people who worked with me. Looking forward to the future!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Mostly digital but sometimes analog can add a nice sound to specific tracks!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love working with passionate people who want to achieve the best possible results, and I’m here to help you out!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I’d take my computer, computer mouse, a tent, a power generator and a power adapter for my computer.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Since I love 90s house music, my style is inspired by that era which also adds modern elements to make the track fresh!
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: My biggest inspirations are Joel Corry, Nathan Dawe, Martin Garrix! It’d be such a blast to work with each of them because they are unique in their own ways and I just think adding my “sound” to their ideas might be something appealing to a lot of people!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most commonly I produce tracks for people (which also includes mixing and mastering the track).
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm currently working on my own music project - MarkMate! And let's not forget all of the legends who hire me here to produce/mix/master their tracks! :)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started off writing classical music then I started making jazz music, not long before I started pursuing my passion for pop and dance music, I have been writing electronic music for the past 4 years.

A: Don't overthink anything.

A: I usually work on Pop and Dance music!

A: I love to see the whole process of artists starting with no followers and with time growing into a mainstage act with chart breaking tracks! Super inspiring!
