Dirk Nikolai was born in Cologne and has been working professionally in the music industry for more than 20 years in the areas of: music production, songwriting, advertising, radio and film dubbing, supervision, sound design, live mix and sound engineering.
I play guitar and piano in the multi-platinum rock band, Hinder. I’ve been blessed enough to play on 5 different continents and have played shows with such bands as Aerosmith, Mötley Crue and G’N’R. I am endorsed by Gibson guitars and Ernie Ball strings.

I've taken a handful of voice lessons many years ago. I know my voice is good if I just get practice enough. I'm a solid Mezzo soprano and I'd love to record vocal samples for you on my high quality equipment for a very low price.
I am a mix engineer and guitarist with access to state of the art equipment and studying a joint honours degree in music performance and production. I am looking gain experience, in both these areas by working live bands and artists, from a variety of genres, mixing their songs and possibly recording guitar for.
I shape a wild and melancholic pop combining jazz with production on playful and disillusioned words. Between cinema and music, I have always dreamed of life and played with its false appearances with lightness. I did choirs for Jill Caplan (2017), IMPERATRICE (2018) and accompanied on stage the Armenian pop folk group Ladaniva (2020 2023).
