Hello all, my name is Drashawn Clay or DRAY for short. I am a Producer, Recording, Mixing and Mastering Engineering based out of Los Angeles California. I have a degree in recording art / audio engineering and sound design. My main instruments are drums, piano/keyboard, guitar and bass. I have been involved with music and sound sense the age of 4.
Pop-singer and songwriter working on a debut EP. Debut Sunshine (2016) was produced, mixed and mastered under Belgian/Holland rooftop (Arker, Guido Aalbers, Wisseloord Studios). Following single Dance (2017) produced by talented Jan Zborovjan in Slovakia, has been airplay nationally and reached the second position in the music chart.
Versatile topliner/session vocalist with 10 years of experience writing and recording vocals in multiple genres. I have collaborated on projects ranging from EDM to video game music. My own original music has been featured multiple times on BBC Radio and I have won competitions for songwriting.
Bass is a collaborative instrument by nature, and my favorite part of my 25+ year career as a bassist is all the people I've gotten to work with. Looking forward to working together on your project!
