My name is Jason Yean and I am a mix engineer from Cardiff in the United Kingdom. Music has been a big part of my life for the better part of 20 years with a whole lot of experiences to draw from to give me unique and fresh perspectives. I grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii. I moved often, US, China, Thailand, Singapore, Paris, London, & Japan. Living overseas exposed me to many different sounds and gave me perspective to better understand others while showing me how much we’re influenced by our culture. I branched out of that camp after two years and have since worked in many others, and developed relationships with some of the biggest producers and artists in the world.
