Hello, my name is Steven James. I live in Los Angeles and I'm an audio professional. I do freelance and I also have a Mentor at Capitol Studios who provides me feedback to elevate my career.
For years I have been practicing the craft of engineering and production. Starting from a Tascam 4-track and progressing to world class studios. Focused on unique sounds and what great music has to offer. The past 7 years I have been working with Ron Nevison, producer of Led Zeppelin, Bad Company, The Who, etc.and managing Echo Echo Recording.
I've been a live sound engineer since 2004 specializing in large scale concert monitor mixing. I've worked with Modest Mouse, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, AFI, Pearl Jam and many other bands.
