SAE Madrid and Berklee College of Music graduated. With more than 10 years experience in the advertising industry, multiple awards and a Grammy nomination I have mixed over 500 radio and TV commercials in the US, Europe and Latin America.

Jim Howell is a seasoned musician who has toured internationally on Blue Rose Records (Germany). His studio experience is as a musician, producer and engineer can be found in many credits spread across multiple genres. He operates his own custom built studio in Tucson, Arizona.

I specialize in Mixing and Mastering, but also work with the Production of varied styles, from electronic music such as down tempo, garage, house ... to acoustic music as folk, also going through different types of rock.

I'm a versatile, jazz-trained piano player, composer and sound engineer. I love jazz and electronic music. Playing busy jazz solos excites me just as much as writing simple parts, and investing the time to find the perfect sounds for any project is a task I enjoy. 

Mixing experience

I am a mixing engineer and producer, I have worked with many different artists like Lil Tecca, Lil Keed, Rod Wave, Cory St. Rose etc. I specialize in Trap, R&B, Chillhop etc but love working with all different styles of music.

I'm kind of a one stop shop for independent artists. I deliver top quality on a budget. I've worked on over 400 recordings since 1992. Credits include my own records, as well as, Rayburn (The Living End), Monte Wilson (Just a Song, Ain't No Country Song, Without You), Heidi Pack (Cowgirl, It Must Be You, Crush) and many more.
