I'm an award-winning, classically-trained violinist based in Nashville. I've been booked to play with a wide range of artists including Michael Buble, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Rufus Wainwright, plus dozens of classical orchestras and pop artists across the US, Europe, and Asia. I'd love to help bring your song to life with strings!
Rita is a multi-instrumentalist with 25 years of playing experience that has has been recognized by SXSW 2018, WNYC Public Radio’s Studio 360, and The Nashville Scene. Classically trained in violin, Rita currently plays a wide variety of genres including classical, indie folk, indie rock, bluegrass, and country.
Improvising, Jazz influenced violinist. Classically trained at the Royal Academy of London. Performed live and in session work for many artists including Richard Hawley, Newton Faulkner, Peter Gabriel and Smokey Robinson. I love to create solo violin lines or quartet arrangements for singer songwriters. I can record from home in garageband.
