Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: So many great projects...I recently had a song sold to the highly popular video game Cyberpunk 2077.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Music video
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both, because why limit yourself.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be as clear as possible about your expectations and what you are requesting. Music is highly subjective so be as objective as possible when explaining your vision. This will get you best results.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Hammond organ so I can use the wood to build a raft to get off the island.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Attended audio school then got hired at a well known Hollywood studio. From there I branched off into the post production side of music and eventually into the publishing and licensing side and working for myself as a freelance musician. I've been making music for about 20 years.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: To avoid muddy mixes use eq-ing to filter out unnecessary frequencies in your individual tracks.
