Efrem Paugam is an independent music producer, engineer, programmer and arranger. Efrem was born and raised in Queens New York, but currently resides in Miami Florida. Efrem has been involved in music for 27 years, he started out DJing which then led him to engineering followed by producing and programming to finally arranging.
