No, I'm not your father. What I am though, is your go-to guy for all things music related. My path has taken me from being a semi-professional trianglist in an Austrian school band to a gold-certified songwriter, music producer and multi-instrumentalist. I like to think of myself as an XLR jack of all trades – ranging from writing to releasing.
Finished SAE Institute (BA), specialized in drums and vocal recording. Finished Jon Burton Live Sound Masterclass. Working with underground rappers, making beats and instrumental music.

I'm Brud Giles, a recording and mixing engineer with over 16 years of experience. I own and operate Fremont Recording in Portland, OR. since 2010. I take a balanced approach to mixing and always put the the song first. My favorite drummer is Ringo because he played for the song, likewise I mix for the song.
