I am a producer out of Miami, I work mainly with Pro Tools have other options if needed. Grate to do what God has called me to do.

My name is Jose Santiago and I go by Da Kid. I am a recording and mixing engineer out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I attended Five Towns College in 2004-2008 where I studied Business Management/Audio Recording Technology. In 2011 I attended the Institute of Audio Research where I studied Audio Recording Techniques and Audio Post Production.

My credits include production and mixing work with Nathaniel Rateliff, Thao & The Get Down Stay Down, Martha Wainwright, Dawn Landes, Jim Campilongo, Laura Cantrell, Sex Mob, and Catherine Russell. I teach music production and mixing at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema in NYC.

You need vocals? I’ve got ‘em. I tour singing rock and soul backing vocals for Tom Keifer from Cinderella. I have also performed with Zac Brown Band, STS9, Will Hoge and many many others. I am well versed in all genres and the studio is my comfort zone.

It is said that it takes 10,000 hours to master any particular skill. You can put your trust in an engineer who has spent those hours and then some. Beginning in Logic pro over a decade ago, I've spent countless hours in studios crafting compelling mixes and defining masters. I offer mixes and masters that cut through speakers and pop.
