I'm an executive music producer in Indian Film Industry. I work on multiple genres. I mix at one of the only few remaining places in Asia with an SSL 4000G console, through racks of analog gear. Analog always sounds different, whatever your argument is. I also have a modern touch to my art, whereby I am able to edit, tune, and fix performances and takes.
I approach the electric bass from two polar opposites - one of finding the perfect part for a given song, and the other destroying the bass role completely and trying different approaches with pedals, effects, sonic textures, and melody.
