I am a lifelong guitarist that took up recording at the ripe ol age of 8 years old. I started with 2 cassette recorders bouncing back and forth. Then a 4 track tape machine and just kept going. I eventuall graduated to pro tools and since have produced 10 albums of which most are available on iTunes and Spotify. I also have Wavelab 9 for mastering.
I'm Panama Kinal, a mix engineer and guitarist driven to create high-energy, punchy mixes. I focus on getting the drums and bass to lock in together, making sure vocals and background vocals stand out, and fitting the guitars in just right for a powerful, balanced sound.
