Michael Jack is a recording/mixing engineer and producer based in Central Ontario and Toronto. Senior engineer at Phase One Studios from 2000 - 2007. Three singles charting on Billboard (#4, #18 and #30), seventeen CD chart positions on Billboard, over twenty Canadian chart successes (singles and CDs) and 23 gold and platinum record awards.
Since opening our doors in 1974, Phase One has been privileged to be an integral part of the Canadian Music scene. We have recorded countless albums, more than 100 of which have gone gold or platinum. Studio A was designed by legendary architect George Augspurger. I'm a producer artist/songwriter based out of London, UK. In the past, I have worked with German rapper Miami Yacine (Top 5 in 3 countries), released a bunch of solo projects and singles (16 million streams in total), gained support from the BBC and worked in many different studios in London, Berlin and LA.
As a musician - I'll take care of musicians needs for the project! Previously recognized for recording good sounding tracks by mix engineer, who have worked with a band "OneRepublic". So it means, that I have a some sense of what defines good sound! Actively making everyday check-up on SoundGym (have "Golden Ears" award), and still learning!

I love music from the 80s and early 90s. I like to record sounds for samples myself. And also discover the secrets of recording interesting and popular at that time samples.
