I am a professional audio mixer and producer specializing in rock music. I create authentic rock sounds using vintage equipment and techniques, working with Neve and API desks, as well as a variety of classic outboard gear.
I work at Studio Chróst, a legendary Polish recording studio where many top-charting hits have been created. The studio features two iconic mixing boards: a Neve from 1974 and an API 1608. I enhance tracks using a Studer A820 tape recorder (24 tracks) and achieve rich reverb with a Lexicon 960 unit. My expertise lies in analog mixing for a broad spectrum of rock music genres.
The studio is equipped with excellent monitors, including Dynaudio M3, Genelec 1038A, Yamaha NS-10M, and Auratone 5C, ensuring the highest sound quality. I offer top-tier service and accept sessions in exported WAV files, as well as ProTools and Logic sessions.

As a typically amateur band, we may not have much experience in recording songs. Still, we have already worked with several sound engineers in our over 10-year career and we must admit that Szymon is fantastic. He can turn an amateur band into real rock stars by giving instruments sounds that we would never expect to hear from them. His sense of music and knowledge of musical craftsmanship are invaluable in preparing, recording and mixing music. All this is done in a super professional studio, and more importantly, in a great, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Simon is my first and only choice for recording in Poland. He is super knowledgable in all fields of music production and has all the tricks of the trade up his sleeve. His studio in complete and world class with a character of its own. And above all he cherishes the analogue true equipment that makes the whole production sound a thousand times better. The premiere studio to record your sound in Warsaw. Hands down. It is a shame that I had so much stuff recorded before I went in there. Will not make that mistake again. I am going back there with all my future projects from tracking to mixing.
