Javi is a professional EDM producer/Engineer that treats every project with love, delivering a unique sound while always staying within the clients vision.
Ever since his teen years he showed a unique interest in Music and EDM. Having explored many different areas such as DJing and producing, using the various softwares out there, he went to Los Angeles to continued his path into learning Sound engineering and producing at LARS(Los Angeles Recording School). There he was taught by industry professionals how the different components work and what everything does, getting him closer to finding that unique sound he was looking for.
After finishing his studies at LARS he went on to intern, assist and eventually produce for studios around LA, two of which really molded him and his abilities to reach a level of expertise that enabled him to deliver banging records.
The first one being Tony Maserati’s Studio. He is a multiple Grammy Award nominee and winner for his mixing abilities on projects such as Beyoncé’s album and many more. There Javier got first hand experience on how to work professionally and which details to pay attention to.
The second one was Record Plant studios, which houses artists such as Skrillex, Justin Bieber and many many more industry superstars. Here Javier went on to aide in house producers with his musical and production abilities on multiple projects. Projects that later on went to big name artists

Interview with Javier Canella
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I've always been drawn to big festival acts of the electronic music scene, especially those that involve melody and lyrics such as Illenium, Seven Lions, Skrillex, Flume, Nero, amongst many others. I like when a song either has edge or has a very moving melody and records now a day sound so good that all I strive for is to be able to match the industries qualitie.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My most common type of work is really all that has to do with finishing a song. I not only produce for myself, but have done for many other people as well. I've gone from the recording process to the Mastering process countless times. As far as my specialties are, I've been working around vocals all my career, since I interned at Tony Maseratis studio to my newest productions. Because of that I became good at knowing how to edit vocals in the least destructive way so that they sound amazing. I've also been in the EDM thing for a while and have studied any which way I can make cool new sounds and make a song sound professional. I barely just started releasing songs of my own, but I've been in the game for 4 years so I def have the know how to get a very dope sounding record.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I own a Mac book Pro Retina 2017 along with an apollo twin interface. Hardware: Mackie Speakers Casio Keyboard Plug in's: Universal Audio Fab Filter Sound Toys Xfer Native Instruments An array of kontakt librabires Slate Digital Celemony: Melodyna
