Meet Shawn O’Donnell, a singer-songwriter from Pennsylvania (now based in Los Angeles, CA) with a unique sound that infuses his alt-rock roots with melodic pop. Shawn spent the beginning of his solo music journey making YouTube Cover Videos that span a variety of vocal and instrumental styles amassing over 100,000 views. After years of honing in on the craft of songwriting and producing he decided to release his first original song ‘Quicksand’ in June 2020. In February 2021, his collaboration with SHKHR was signed to Loud Memory (record label owned by Sony) catapulting to over 1 million streams across all platforms. Shawn's vocals have graced the stages of local clubs to massive international stages like the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA to sold out Japan nightclubs and Music Festival Stages such as Stereobloom at EDC Mexico.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always come to the studio prepared! The more you practice your parts/have memorized your lyrics, the more convincing your performance will become; you might surprise yourself.

A: Lately I have been doing a lot of top-lining and vocal sessions for EDM and Pop/Rock styles.
