Working Terms:
+ Initial payment required before sending demo materials
+ 50/50 split on master rights (custom arrangements available upon discussion)
+ master right buyout option available upon discussion for higher price
+ Equal publishing rights for toplines I create (shared with co-writers where applicable)
+ Initial proposal includes one complimentary revision prior to completion
+ Additional revision requests: $100 per revision
+ Payment structure: 50% non-refundable deposit (covers concept development and initial creative work) with remaining balance due upon completion
