Gergo was amazing! He was creative on my track, added a few layers that I didn't initially hear which was a nice extra touch.
He also took some of my notes from his first recording and re-recorded a few bits exactly how I was hearing them!
Would highly recommend working with Gergo! Amazing trumpet player.

Interview with Gergo Bille
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked on a Hip-hop, RnB, Soul album for a client here (Barry B) and it became a very cool and classy stuff. I'm always happy when a producer makes good music with good sounds and give me freedom to play what I hear into it.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Please, feel free to contact me. I think Im quite a friendly, good communicator guy, so usually I collaborate easily and succesfully.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started to learn the trumpet at the age of 12 in classical Primary School. After that I was admitted to a classical Secondary School and paralelly in a jazz school too. Finally I graduated in Franz Liszt Academy of Music, where I got my Bachelor Artist Degree and Masters Artist/Teacher Degree. Now, beside my studio musician carreer, I play in 5 bands (swing, hip-hop, funk, reggae/ska, bigband) and luckily I am quite employed as a session musician.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I got my Masters degree in the Jazz Department in Franz Liszt Academy of Music, so basically jazz has a great influence on me. But the genres I played during the years: latin, funk, hip-hop, RnB also shaped my style.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Bruno Mars. One of the most professional and complex production in the last few years. Both in musical and dancing areas. And also because this pop/RnB/funk style what he makes is very close to me.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Luckily, I am invited to projects of various styles. I really like that studio works are such all-round, they allow me to try out myself in different fields.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Sense of style, patience, creativity, communication, own ideas in a project
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: What I bring to a song depends on your concept/vision. This can be anything from playfulness to sensuality or from rhythmicity to soft melodies. Or if you give me space for my creativity, I will find out the most stylistic way which fits into your song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: 1. Send me the raw mix (wav) file and the instructions or sheet (if it's written material). 2. I record in high quality. I always send a few version of the improvised stuff to let you choose, which one you prefer. 4. The final work is deliverd to you in the format/bitrate you request.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Mic: AudioTechnica AT2050, Presonus Interface, StudioOneArtist3 DAW Instruments: Bach Stradivarius 37 Bb trumpet, Olds USA Flugelhorn
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My favorites among others are: the Robert Glasper Experiment, Roy Hargrove, Christian Scott, Avishai Cohen, Chris Botti, Sting, Earth,Wind&Fire, Bruno Mars, Erykah Badu and lots of more artists and bands.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mostly improvised trumpet/flugelhorn fills and/or solos, sometimes I record written arrangements in various styles such as funk, jazz, blues, pop.
