I am a classically trained musician, less interested in Bach and more into recording System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, and Tool with professional orchestras.

I have been composing and arranging music for 20+ years, and I play clarinet, horn, and piano. I have recorded and produced two full albums of arrangements of rock songs, covering everything from Rage Against the Machine to Muse, My Chemical Romance, Radiohead, Weezer, The Mars Volta, Tool, System of a Down, and more, recorded with a 40-piece orchestra.

I am also classically trained, with my Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Arizona, and a certificate in Film Scoring from UCLA Extension. I have had my hands in a lot of different cookie jars, including scoring for films, writing music for commercials, producing and editing voiceovers, trailer scores, mixing audio, sheet music engraving, transcribing, conducting… there are very few things that I haven't had at least some professional-level experience with. I am a seasoned improviser on the piano and can immediately generate new melodic/thematic material in just about any style and genre. I am also an excellent sight-reader and can very quickly record sheet music, on piano, clarinet and horn.
