Interview with Gabriele A. Bavera
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Definitely Atonement, for sure. It's my one-man band project I've started end of 2022. I've poured all myself in it, from the actual art to the music you hear. I've had the chance to have actual drums recorded by non-other than Kevin Paradis. Mix and Master are done by Mendel bij de Leij (ex-Aborted).
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Finishing some singles I'm releasing as "Atonement", but also enriching my own portfolio with other original musics.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: For now, only digital. In the future, perhaps an hybrid set-up would work for me!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'll do my best to help you give your music a chance to be what you have always wanted it to be.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The artistic side of it, knowing people through music and art.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What do you do exactly? I'm trying to be a reliable asset for you to have in your arsenal.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That creativity, hard work and overtime hours are just something not worth paying for.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is your end goal with the song you've shared? How could I be of service to you and your song?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I aspire to turn this into my full-time endeavor. While I may be in the early stages of my journey, I'm dedicated to leaving my mark on every piece of music that comes my way. Rest assured, I'm committed to enhancing your songs to their utmost potential.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An acoustic guitar, some strings and a drumset.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been passionate about music since I can remember, and no... I haven't follow any straight path for sure. I used to play drums when I was a kid, than I pushed aside music for my studies (art) only to come back to music just after graduation (I've learned to play guitar, to produce music, to mix, to master and many other things). I now compose and produce music under two names: "Atonement" and my own "Gabriele A. Bavera".

A: Unique, Professional and Creative
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: For any aspiring singer-songwriter or established band aiming to achieve their finest work to date at an affordable cost.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't do what somebody else told you to do, but instead do what you feel is right!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

Q: What's your strongest skill?
