The Kamanche aka "The Ancient Persian Violin" is a one of a kind bowed instrument that will give your music a soulful magical sound which touch the heart.
My name is Noam Dayan. I'm a professional Kamanche performer and composer with over 20 years of experience. I made several long journeys to the east where I studied the secrets of the Kamanche with many great masters of various musical traditions in Central Asia, the Caucuses and the far East.
I'm happy to offer you the sounds of the Kamanche and play for your project from the depth of my heart. My instrument is highly professional and was made in Azerbaijan about 60 years ago. I can improvise on your track, compose or play pre-recorded music. It can be played in any key, in various registers and styles and will fit in many different musical genres (please check out the sample tracks above).
For recording I use the Lewitt LCT 441 Flex and Audio Technica Pro35.
