
Composer, Film composer, Pianist, Orchestrator & Arranger
Roxani Chatzidimitriou (1992-) is an award - winning Greek composer, orchestrator and pianist.
Her composition "Zero Star Cognac" for orchestra won the first prize in the the "International Composition Competition "Ruth Crawford Seeger Prize 2024" in Chicago, USA. Her work Floating Inside received Second Prize at the RAM Queens New Music Festival International Composition Competition in New York City. Her second album "Entre Ruidos" has been awarded the Gold Prize at World Classical Music Awards.
Her music has been performed by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the Greek National Symphony Orchestra of ERT, El Sistema Greece among others. Her works have been presented at major venues and festivals including the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), Festival Mixtur (Spain), Plucomp International Music Festival (France), and Lamp Academy (Canada).
Her collaborations include composing music for Cosmote History TV for the documentary Ta Opla tou Agona, as well as commissioned orchestral works for El Sistema Greece at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (Lullaby Project and Blending Melodies, 2022–2023). She also served as editor of the publication Jazz Greek Book, an anthology of Greek jazz composers, contributing to its artistic identity and concert presentation cycle (2024–2026).
