Eray Polat is a mixing and mastering engineer with world-class analog gear.
Hi! I'm a mixing and mastering engineer and studied 'Sound Engineering and Design' at Istanbul Technical University. I've been running my own studio for 8 years; working on indie, alternative, edm and pop. I use analog gear for mixing and mastering; you can see the list in 'gear highlights'.
I'm an Apple approved mastering engineer, so the masters I deliver can be labeled as 'Apple Digital Masters' on Apple Music. They will be uploaded to Apple Music as 24-bits. For Spotify, i follow the peak levels and LUFS that Spotify offers.
For mastering, it takes 1-2 days for single projects and 3-4 days for album projects. For album releases, i need 1-2 day to listen and understand the music of yours. On single projects, i may deliver 2 alternate versions per track such as a louder one or the one from a different approach.
Master files i deliver:
- 16-bit 44.100 kHz file for CD and digital releases
- 24-bit file for Apple Digital Masters
- 24-bit 48.000 kHz file for video
- DDP file for album releases
Revisions are free of charge until we get there.
For mixing projects, i need to learn about the tracks before i can offer a turn-around time.

Eray produced and mixed my first album "karmakader". He is a trustworthy sound engineer, with sharp ears and very positive energy. He is a hard worker who surprises you with the accuracy of his musical approach. As an artist, I am able to say that he understands and puts his creativity to satisfy your demand and never let you down. Amazing guy :)
I've been producing and co-producing for more than 8 years now and I have outsourced around 20 tracks to Eray in a 2-year span for mix and mastering. Not once he failed to meet my expectations nor the artist's. He puts his creativity and know-how in every song and is always ready to go the extra mile as if it's his name on the cover.
