Starting with a conversation about your music and your influences, I will work closely with you to create a production that transforms your music into the finished article. As a multi-instrumentalist, I can add piano, guitar and bass to an electronic pop or R&B production to give it a human feel (if that's what you're looking for), and I have a number of contacts who can add live drums, horns or vocals where necessary. Alternatively, my background producing EDM and electronica means I can quickly put together a purely synth-based production if that's what the music calls for.
I have dozens of indie and alternative releases to my name - unfortunately most are too low-key to be listed on allmusic.com - but I'm happy to provide a list of references on request.
I also have a lot of experience working with new talent and songwriters or singers who are less experienced in the music industry, and need a trustworthy helping hand to walk through the first few steps.

A: Understanding what the client wants - getting right to the heart of their musical passion is essential in tailoring the perfect track for them.

A: Speak with the client over Skype or email to understand their musical influences and motivation, and what they're trying to achieve with the track. Listen through a handful of reference tracks to home in on the sound that they're looking for, then begin work fleshing out the demo into a fully realized vision. Keep in regular contact with the client to ensure that things are moving in the right direction, and then, depending on the work agreed on, I will either send out the finished 2-track and stems ready for the vocal to be recorded, or add the recorded vocals into the production ready for the mixing and mastering stage.
