Joe Dickey is an electric & upright bassist living in Nashville. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a music performance degree in jazz studies. Dickey has performed and recorded with artists including Jana Kramer, Ruthie Collins, Delfeayo Marsalis, Lee Konitz, Sons of Bill, and Celeste Buckingham, among others.
I will provide professional quality recorded bass tracks for your project from my home studio in Nashville, TN. My services include electric bass, upright bass (plucked and bowed), and synth bass. I deliver tracks as 24bit WAV files that are fully comped, edited, and ready to be imported into your audio project. One round of edits and revisions is included in my track price.

A: My focus is to bring the right tone and part to a song. I always aim to use texture, dynamics, rhythm, and melody in my bass lines to best serve the song in a specific section and the song as a whole.
