Great vocalist, Many Thanks
Our agency has several demanding clients who have been difficult to please with past engagements and singer/songwriters. We have found our musician in Adriane!
Her work was exactly what each of our clients each wanted with only minor revisions, which Adriane was happy to provide. Both we and our clients are extremely happy with Adriane’s output and will be using her almost exclusively going forward.
Thank you, Adriane! You may have saved us from losing these particular clients!!
I've hired Adriane for a few gigs to help with writing and singing on my projects. She has always delivered on time or before, been very communicative, and professional. Her voice is also fantastic. I would highly recommend working with her and hiring her for any projects you may need.
We hired Adriane to write lyrics and sing lead for a commercial. This was for our business.
She was a pleasure to work with and very professional. We would highly recommend Adriane!
Interview with Adriane Levine
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to listen to what you want and need and to deliver a great product in a timely manor. My goal is to make the process easy and to make you happy!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Where do I begin?! Making a living singing is my dream job! Not only do I get to sing every day, but I get to work with amazing and talented people.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: First, I ask clarifying questions make sure that I know all of the different pieces they want, lead only, topline, backing vocals etc. Once I know what is needed for the track, I ask questions about the tone and feel of the song. What are they trying to get across to the listener. Of course other questions can come up as well depending on the project.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be clear about what you are looking for and ask questions to make sure you are getting an accurate price quote and a good match. If the professional you are speaking to makes you feel like you are asking too many questions, they are not for you! Both sides need to know what to expect.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on Country, Pop, Rock, Broadway, Jazz, Singer-Songwriter, R&B and everything in between!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Listening and truly hearing what my client wants and needs.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring personality and connection to a song. This is why it is so important for me to gather information at the beginning of my process, I want to know what the writer/producer is trying to get across to the listener. We listen to music for that connection and the feeling, so if that is missing, the song will really be lacking.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My work process can vary a bit depending on the client. I try to be as flexible as possible so that we can get the best end product we can together. In generally however, I like to gather everything I need first so I can review and ask any questions if needed. Once I have all of the tracks and information that I need, I dive right in while making sure I am on track with what my client needs.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use the following gear in my studio. -sE Electronics X1S Mic -Scarlett 2i2 Gen 3 Audio Interface -Studio One DAW
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I tend to find inspiration from most musicians. Even if they are not your favorite artist, or playing your favorite genre, there is usually at least one little nugget you can take away as inspiration, even if it is just the fact that they are getting their music out there. I often find a lot of inspiration from the local musicians in my own town.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my clients come to me for my strong, belty but versatile vocals. I love adding that powerful, emotional, and epic feel to songs! I work in multiple genres such as pop, rock, country, singer-songwriter, alternative, dance, folk, epic/ethereal and more.
