Noam is a top-tier musician in every sense of the word. He can absolutely shred if you want him to, but above all will serve your song, elevating the mood, groove and emotional impact. I've worked with him on multiple projects, and every time I'm excited to hear what he's going to bring to the table. One of the nicest, most genuine and hard-working musicians I know.

Ok I’m super happy ! Just got my tracks back after a 2nd revision everything was on point. Super fast and easy to communicate. Needless to say he is the best there is. My tracks almost didn’t need any process. Such good sources.
    Communication is key

Noam is an innovative and a beautiful musician. In my opinion he’s the one of the most promising musicians in the NYC scene. I had the chance to work with him for many years, and I can tell he’s just a bass god he’s also an amazing friend and a bandleader, which is rare to have a bassist that is also a great bandleader.

My name is Pablo Bailon and I met Noam at college. After watching him play a gig I went and asked him if he could record bass for a track of mine. When we did the session he not only new the track by hard, he had already figured out 3 or 4 different ideas we could work around. After we recorded, I asked a few weeks later if he could re record some specific parts and he nailed all of the comments I gave him. He can record jazz, rock, pop or even boleros. He is a great musician, a master bassist and above all a great person. 300% Recommended. Hire Noam!!!

Interview with Noam Tanzer

  1. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  2. A: Dana Roth!

  3. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  4. A: Simple and to the point! I go straight into my Rupert Neve Designs RNDI. I'll usually also parallel out it to my SansAmp.

  5. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  6. A: Tim Lefebvre. Man... There's nothing he can't do. What an inspiration.

  7. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  8. A: To be honest, most of the work I do on these sorts of platforms is trying to tap into the artist's vision and to compose a bass line that will not only work well with the music, but that'll be able to elevate the song and its message.
