Taura is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to work on more songs with her. She perfectly executed the song with both writing and arranging. Definitely book her!

Taura is always very pleasant to work with -- up front about what she wants, very clear communication, and most of all solid tracks I really love playing on top of.
Looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Taura was an absolute pleasure to work with and the source material for the track she had me play out was very entertaining to play alongside. Would work with her again anytime!

Interview with Taura Lamb
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: At the moment I am co-writing for other artists while releasing new music every first Friday of the month! Go check it out and let me know your thoughts :)
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: You can turn anything bad into good, by putting it into a song :)
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: "You have to have written the track to feel connected to the music". I think after chatting, I can write a track for you that still feels incredibly personal and important. I'm hoping I can put what is in your head, onto paper!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Do you have a solid concept for this track or are you happy for me to take the reins and see where we go? Are you under a strict time frame?
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would say my style is chilled, sensual pop.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't over produce!!!!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I love to write to R&B/pop but have also worked a fair amount on more house/dance style tracks.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I'm extremely picky about the detail in lyrics. I love to write relatable but clever lines that are a little bit unusual.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Before starting on a track, I always like to discuss references and ideas that you have for the music with you first. Then I tend to improvise melodies first, and write lyrics as I go. I'll record all the demo vocals in with harmonies for you to pick between when re-recording. Once you're happy with the track, I'll send stems over for you to hear the parts individually.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a fully soundproofed studio at home, so have access to recording at any time.
