I hired Quincy to lay down vocal tracks. He did not give me what I paid for. I offered him a way to make it financially right, and he chose not to do that, and he offered no alternative to make it right, other than to say "unfortunately I fell short" I will not use Quincy again, and I can not recommend him for a multitude of reasons.
