I’m SMK, a Berlin-based producer and recording/mixing engineer specializing in Afrobeat, Dancehall, Pop and R&B. My background as a rapper, singer and songwriter helps me understand music from both sides: the artist’s feeling and the technical detail needed to bring it across.

Since moving to Berlin in 2013 and completing my B.A. in Sound Engineering & Music Production, I’ve worked with international artists including Lil Baliil, Rubin Kind, Isma IP, Roberto Zambia and Chillawe. My work has reached over 20M streams across platforms.
