Almost 20 years of experience mixing and mastering records. I'm passionate about bringing your songs to life!
I'm Alan, owner of Suno Records.
I know how much you care about your music, and I know how frustrating it is for artists to send their work to an engineer and get a generic result that doesn't feel like what they had envisioned. I like to team up with the artist and come up with their own sound.
Every song is different and should be treated as such.
I have worked with many top artists in the Latin scene and from all over the world.
With every song my goal is to make it create its own universe, having the listener feel immersed in it from top to bottom, keeping the artist's vision, and also offering my knowledge and skills to bring out what's best for the music.
Every artist should have a sound that they feel proud to call their own, that's where I come in and help you find it staying true to the heart of your music.
I'd love to work on your song and give it the attention and care it needs to make it pop out of the speakers.

Trabajo con Allan regularmente. Muy profesional y de mucha confianza para llegar al sonido que siempre quiero.
Alan from Suno provided the best mastering service I've ever used.
Alan is the best!
Consistent excellence is a hard standard to meet, but Alan always delivers for me.
Thanks for another great Master.
My go-to Mastering engineer for all releases.
Thanks again, Alan!
Alan is completely professional, he was willing to work with me and took on my ideas as well as added his own flair to my tracks. Can't recommend him enough, just all round quality mixes and experience.
Consistent excellence, Alan is my "go-to" Mastering engineer.
Three Masters - three outstanding results.
Alan is an amazing engineer. He had my track mastered on time and was kind enough to listen to my revisions and make a second take that sounds just like I asked! The artist is happy, so am I! Thank you Alan!
Two for Two!
This is my second Mastering experience with Alan - outstanding job again!
This was my first time having my songs mastered and it was a pleasure working with Alan! He's a very polite, professional, and accommodating individual. Very happy with the quality of his work as well. Would definitely recommend working with him!
Alan does great work! He's timely and easygoing and most importantly, his audio sounds fantastic.
Just worked with Alan for 1 more song and I couldn't be happier
Did an awesome job. Exactly what I was looking for.
Always a pleasure working with Alan. Great quality and he's very friendly, the kind of pro you want for your music
Alan es un genio! Hace que mi música suene increíble y me entiende como artista. Es la segunda canción en la que trabajamos juntos (la primera en esta plataforma) y todo fue hecho de manera muy profesional. De aquí en adelante le mandaré todas mis canciones.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Alan. He mixed and mastered an album of 20 songs for me, which is no small undertaking. I felt like he was as invested in the album being as good as it could be as I was. He's an excellent communicator who was able to follow my instructions or go with his own ears as needed. Most importantly, my songs sounds great. I look forward to working with Alan again in the future.
Alan has been wonderful to work with. Communication has been excellent and he has been very attentive. Will definitely work with him again.
Interview with Suno Records
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I mixed and mastered a song for Mon Laferte that went really really well.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will make your track FEEL good and I'll treat it as if it was my own art
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That mastering can do magic, well, sometimes it can.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Believe in your own sound, try to push it all the way so it's unique.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been working on audio since around 2004, I started as an assistant and quickly became the head engineer of that studio. Then I moved to my own place around 2014 and have been mixing and mastering records for local and foreign artist. I've been quite lucky
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Punchy, dirty and bouncy.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I've been a good listener all my life :)
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Tchad Blake, Manny Marroquin and Michael Brauer. Love what these guys do!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The majority of the work I do is mastering, although I've been mixing records for a long time too.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both, of course
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Every decision you make should be made in context
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work with a lot of genres, but mainly latin and indie rock projects knock on my door
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My goal is to take the song and add excitement to it and somehow still remain transparent. I like to believe that I can follow what the song needs me to do audio-wise
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I try to work fast to keep the creative aspect flowing. I use lots of automation and love movement in the mixing and mastering process.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a hybrid setup, depending on the project I might go all ITB or run things through outboard gear to get different colors.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I get to charge for what I love doing.
