Greg M Johnson is a media composer, producer, and songwriter from Los Angeles, California. He defines his approach to scoring through his love of experimental sounds/genres and crafting a bespoke sonic world. His work can be heard in his score to Katara Studios' original series, "The Pact" (Roku), and the upcoming Sci-fi series "Medinah."
Greg recently completed work on the 2022 FIFA World Cup Final Draw, which included “Mascotverse,” an animated short film introducing the 2022 World Cup mascot, La’eeb. A live performance of “The Voyage of Fijiri’ was also showcased, which included traditional art of Fijiri and took the audience on a journey to explore the origins of the art, infused with a modern, electronic musical twist which Greg collaborated with on alongside Faisal al- Tamimi and performed by Ali al-Haddad.
Other television credits include the South-Korean fantasy "Arthdal Chronicles" (tvN and Netflix), "The Sound of Magic" (Netflix); "Breaking the Chains," "The Other Side," and "A Show About Cinema" (Al Jazeera), “Kawkabani” and the upcoming Romanian thriller "Three Knee Deep."
