Ross Gower is a Grammy Award–winning engineer based in Nashville, specializing in studio production, audio post, live recording, and broadcast mixing. He works across music, television, and film, delivering mixes that balance musicality with technical excellence.
His clients include Mike Farris, The Lumineers, Dawes, Moon Taxi, Amos Lee, Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit, Eric Church’s Outsiders Radio, SiriusXM, Spotify, CMT, and the Grand Ole Opry. He spent 12 years as Lead Editor/Mixer for Paramount’s CMT, contributing to programs such as the CMT Music Awards, CMT Artist of the Year, and CMT Hot 20 Countdown, with work also airing on NBC, CBS, ABC, MTV, BET, and NPR distributed podcasts.
Ross has mixed live and broadcast performances for artists including Eric Church, Luke Combs, Luke Bryan, Willie Nelson, Brothers Osborne, and Dwight Yoakam.
He won a Grammy for engineering Mike Farris’ Shine for All the People(Best Roots Gospel Album, 2014) and has earned additional recognition from the Dove Awards and Blues Music Association.
