Session Guitarist

Professionally trained session guitarist with over 15 years experience in songwriting, studio recording, mixing, and live playing, including the 2015 X Games Austin. I would be honored to be a part of your song - whether it's rhythm, soloing, crazy space sounds, etc... I'm up for it!

Welcome to my page, and thank you for the opportunity to partner up on your music! I have used SoundBetter as a customer to find mixers and drummers, and now I'm looking to offer up my talent as a guitarist to help others build their songs. Music is my life, and I believe I'm on this planet to make as much of it as possible. Let's give it a shot :).

I am based in Austin, TX, and play both lead and rhythm guitar in several bands -

*Ansible: Hard rock | Think David Gilmour of Pink Floyd-esque guitar solos, and Muse like riffing
*Band of the North: Folk rock | ~1k hours of recorded jam riffing and soloing over a decade... very fun band
*Harmonicks: Acoustic cover band | Tame Impala/Tears for Fears/Jeff Buckley/Ween

My main rig setup is a Paul Reed Smith Custom 24, played through a Blackstar Stage 60 Tube Amp. Recording is typically on my Shure SM57 (such a reliable tone) or my Node ND-1 (more for acoustic). I also have the Native Instruments Stradivarius Violin which I play MIDI.
