Songs featured on CMT's Top 20 Countdown, Radio Disney Country, Billboard Country Magazine, MLB Network, and as #3 on PraiseCharts Top 100. I've toured and worked with professional Country/Pop and Christian artists, and I'm a graduate of Belmont University's Songwriting and Music Business program. 10+ years of experience. Let’s work together!
I'm here to provide you with clean vocals, fresh production, and Nashville-style songwriting. I specialize in Country/Pop and Christian music, and I love combining my style with EDM. My voice fits in the range of a tenor and a baritone. I've been told that my voice has a warm and clear tone, and I am fully capable of singing both lead and harmony parts. As a songwriter, I go for strong hooks and meaningful lyrics. From the beginning stages of writing all the way to the final recording, I will do my best to deliver a quality product that you will love!
Here are some songs I've worked on: Mignon (“If You Ain’t There”), Nathan Thomas (“When I Grow Up," "Talk," "We Were Boys"), PJ North (“She Was”), Hannah Kerr (“Christmas Eve In Bethlehem”), MaRynn Taylor (“Dads And Daughters”), Rachael Nemiroff (“Heart Of Stone”), Cole Campbell (“Kiss You Once”), Caleb Crino (“All Else Is Worthless”), and more.

This is my second time to work with Jason on lead vocals, harmony and bgv and he did an excellent job as usual! We are about to start a third and fourth project and I know he will do a fantastic job again. He is very professional and talented in every aspect. Can't wait to work with him again.
Amazing quality! Just the sound and color of his voice is more than enough to convince you to work with him, but it would be a disservice not to mention that he definitely knows how to process vocals to make them sound clear and high quality (some singers here in SB send me they processed vocals but I always ask for the raw vocals since I rarely like their processing).
Jason was a pleasure to work with again. He took my song and delivered the exact vibe I was looking for. Can't wait to do another!
First time using this service and I couldn't have picked a better lead vocalist to sing my original songs. Jason was fantastic in every way and very easy to work with! He sang the lead vocals, background vocals and harmonies. His first round of lead vocals was perfect. No changes were necessary. I highly recommend him!
A++++. Jason was simply amazing! His voice is excellent. I provided a detailed guide of what I wanted for a lead vocal track and he followed it to the letter and then provided some ideas of his own all of which were great and will definitely be used in my song. His parts were recorded beautifully. He was timely and communicated with me every step of the way. Highly recommended.
Jason is awesome to work with! Took my concept and created something fantastic with it! I can't wait to work with Jason in the future!
Jason was great to work with again. Very friendly and professional. He met all my requests down to every detail and worked until I was fully satisfied...not to mention the song sounds great! I plan on working with Jason again. I definitely recommend.
I provided Jason with direction for my song and he delivered exactly what I was looking for and then some. He was extremely easy to work with and I look forward to working with him on future projects!
If you want a really really good country singer/songwriter, look no further. I came to Jason asking to collaborate on an EDM track, which is outside of his already wide are of expertise, and he absolutely crushed it. His voice is epic and he's a pleasure to work with. His communication is on point and he'll definitely help you get the end product you want. A+ and looking forward to continuing to work together.
Jason is a great guy for to work together! I'll contact you in the future bro!
Jason is a good guy for to work! I'll contact you for more works in the future!
Jason is one of the best singers / songwriters i have ever encountered! He likes to discuss your ideas and keeps you up to date + works very fast! Can't wait to work again with Jason!
Jason did a great job on the vocals for our song... I definitely recommend him, and would hire him again. Thanks Jason!
I've written songs and worked on demos with Jason for quite a while - he's great at every aspect of what he does, from writing to singing to production. Hire this man!
Jason produced an entire EP for me and he did an incredible job. He worked efficiently and had great ideas that brought my songs to the next level. He’s also extremely humble, kind, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely work with Jason for future projects!
I've recorded and worked with a lot of people over the years and Jason has to be one of the most easiest I've ever worked with. Very patient, cool and laid back. Made me feel very comfortable. Did an outstanding job on my demo. Very gifted on the guitar as well as engineering and production. I would greatly recommend Jason for your next project. I promise you won't be disappointed! His work is professional and of excellence
Interview with Jason Earley
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am especially proud of a song I wrote with my wife Hannah called "Christmas Eve In Bethlehem." She recorded and released it on her Christmas record, and it is one of the best crafted songs I've been a part of!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I just finished writing a pop/country EDM topline for a client on SoundBetter, and I can't wait for it to be released!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. Analog is cool, and music wouldn't be what it is today without it. But digital makes so many opportunities possible for the creative mind, and it can be way more efficient and affordable!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to do my very best. You are spending your hard-earned money, so I want you to be happy with the product you receive. If you are not satisfied with the product, I offer 3 free revisions, and if that doesn't work, I also offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love getting to create something from nothing. I am able to bring something new into the world every time I create, and that is so satisfying!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: The most common question is about publishing rights and master rights. If a project is intended to be released, I typically will ask for an even share of the publishing rights, as well as 10% of the master rights. However, I am very flexible about this!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The biggest misconception about what I do is this: Some people might say, "Get a real job." Well, this is my real job, and I am working and learning every day to become better at it :)
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What artists inspire you? What are some similar voices, songs, or production that you would compare your song to? What is your goal for your project (for fun? just a demo? to be released?)
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Communication is key, especially because we will be working through messages instead of face-to-face in the studio. The more details you can give me, the better the process will be for both of us. We can do this!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Oooh tough question. Definitely an acoustic guitar, my little AKAI midi controller, my monitors, and a good mic. You can do a LOT with those things!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: As a songwriter, I am a storyteller. As a singer, I am a "baritenor". As a producer, I am always learning.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Aside from my amazing jokes, my strongest skill is my ability to adapt. I am able to apply my skills to a variety of genres and artists.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have Logic Pro X, Yamaha HS7 monitors, a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 audio interface, SM7B vocal microphone, MXL 990 and 991 microphones, numerous Waves plugins, every Soundtoys plugin, Valhalla Vintage reverb, Taylor 814ce acoustic guitar, American Fender Strat, American Performer Tele, and more!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Producers: Riley Friesen (Family Force 5, Citizen Way), Joey Moi (Florida Georgia Line, Morgan Wallen), Mark Miller (Sawyer Brown, Casting Crowns), Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, Ben Rector), Forest Glen Whitehead (Kelsea Ballerini). Songwriters: Shane MacAnally, Rivers Rutherford, Josh Osborne, Matt Ramsey, Craig Wiseman. Artists: Keith Urban, Sam Hunt, Charlie Puth.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do songwriting/toplining and vocals for Pop, Country, and Christian music. I do lots of production for those genres as well, including vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, drum/percussion programming, editing/comping, and mixing.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes, these are my friends on SoundBetter! Brandon Chase, Caleb Crino, Drew Tyler, Alex DaCosta, Foster Ferrell, Jaxon Hargrove, Michael Mechling, and Blake McCoy. You’ll get great products with them as well.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring many years of experience, including a degree from Belmont University in Songwriting and Music Business. I can bring lyrics, melodies, chord progressions — anything needed to complete and polish a song!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: For production, I love to talk with the songwriter/artist about their vision for the recording and work from there. For songwriting, it all starts with a great hook.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Country, Pop, Christian.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Keith Urban. He is one of the most gifted musicians I’ve ever heard, one of the most hard-working people in the industry, and he knows how to keep himself and his music relevant and fresh.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Less is more. Over-producing can hurt the track, so don’t be afraid to take things out of the mix. “Music is the silence between the notes.” -Claude Debussy
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started taking music lessons at 7 years old, and by the time I was a teenager, I knew that it was what I wanted to do professionally. So, I moved to Nashville right after high school and graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Songwriting and Music Business.
