I will work efficiently and with excellence to deliver a quality product!

Jason did a great job on the vocals for our song... I definitely recommend him, and would hire him again. Thanks Jason!
Jason produced an entire EP for me and he did an incredible job. He worked efficiently and had great ideas that brought my songs to the next level. He’s also extremely humble, kind, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely work with Jason for future projects!
I've recorded and worked with a lot of people over the years and Jason has to be one of the most easiest I've ever worked with. Very patient, cool and laid back. Made me feel very comfortable. Did an outstanding job on my demo. Very gifted on the guitar as well as engineering and production. I would greatly recommend Jason for your next project. I promise you won't be disappointed! His work is professional and of excellence
Interview with Jason Earley
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes, these are my friends! Alex DaCosta, Foster Ferrell, Jaxon Hargrove, Michael Mechling, and Brandon Chase. You’ll get great products with them as well.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do lots of production for Country, Christian, and Pop music, as well as vocals, guitar, bass, drum/percussion programming, editing/comping, and mixing.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Charlie Puth, Riley Friesen (Family Force 5, Citizen Way), Mark Miller (Sawyer Brown, Casting Crowns), Joey Moi (Florida Georgia Line, Morgan Wallen), Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, Ben Rector), Keith Urban.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use Logic Pro X, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, SM7B vocal microphone, MXL 990 and 991 microphones, numerous Waves plugins, every Soundtoys plugin, Valhalla Vintage reverb, Taylor 814ce acoustic guitar, American Fender Strat, and more!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: For production, I love to talk with the songwriter/artist about their vision for the recording and work from there. For songwriting, it all starts with a great hook.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring many years of experience, including a degree from Belmont University in songwriting and music business. I can bring lyrics, melodies, chord progressions — anything needed to complete and polish a song!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Country, Christian, Pop.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Keith Urban. He is one of the most gifted musicians I’ve ever heard, one of the most hard-working people in the industry, and he knows how to keep himself and his music relevant and fresh.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Less is more. Over-producing can hurt the track, so don’t be afraid to take things out of the mix. “Music is the silence between the notes.” -Claude Debussy
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started taking music lessons at 7 years old, and by the time I was a teenager, I knew that it was what I wanted to do professionally. So, I moved to Nashville right after high school and graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Songwriting and Music Business.
