Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: My first project titled "Among The Hangers". I am proud of all the work I did to make it come to life. Writing, Composing, recording, mixing, mastering and performing. It was a full production done by yours truly.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am working on an EP with various Jamaican artist.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, That's my area of expertise. However, I love analog saturation, so I go around this by sometimes using sampled instruments

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love the fact that I can never stop learning and music composition is so infinite; there is always something new.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: If you want to work with someone passionate about the end result of your project, I am the guy.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I would take my acoustic guitar, book & pen. If my macbook had infinite power I would bring it with my midi controller.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have being doing music since I was a young teen. Eventually, I would like to be a full-time producer and artist like J-Cole.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my style as a mix of Kanye, J-Cole, Protoje and Dancehall
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with J-Cole, he is my idol and a wonderful creative.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Music is govern by the rule of "feel". If it feels good, work with it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I typically work on Hip-Hop and Dancehall/Reggae tracks
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is beat-making.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring a nostalgic vibe mixed with a modern touch. Meaning I like using live instruments and samples to give and authentic feel, but with a little digital spice and complement.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I typically do my work within the box, and can compose on the fly. I work 24/7, so I can dedicate full days on a project
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have all the necessary equipment to produce music. It's a simple professional home studio setup with acoustic treatment, audio interfaces, midi keyboards, guitars, bass, digital drums, near field monitors, condenser microphones, powerful hackintosh and a macbook pro.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am inspired by the creation of Kanye West and I admire the work and mixing style of Derek Ali.
