Great producer! Loved the track and had fun writing on it! Very talented!
Excellent attention to detail and music progression . Phenomenal .
I've worked on songs with Oceanside before and he really knows how to make a song sound amazing. He helped me to correct some flaws in my song and because of that the song came out sounding sharper, stronger, and the difference was like night and day. His attention to detail doesn't hurt neither. https://soundcloud.com/zubinmusic/zhubin-comfort-zone-final-master
Oceanside is an artist and producer of exceptional calibre. His background as a classical violinist explains his technical strength and rigour with which he approaches his work. Excellent attention to detail, ability to co-create, coach, & work in a range of styles. Would recommend him for pop artists & looking to pursue more experimental projects.
Interview with Oceanside
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Depends on the situation. Do whatever sounds good!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, Thunderbolt Drive, KH120s, UA Apollo, and my Beyer headphones.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I spent 10 years playing violin and piano before embracing production 3 years ago.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I try and keep it simple. I produce primarily in Ableton Live, but will sometimes work in Logic & Pro Tools as needed. I'm a huge fan of soft synths and libraries. All the U-He stuff (Diva, Zebra, Hive, ACE) as well as Omnisphere are my go to instruments, though I've been known to dabble with the Virus TI from time to time. I'm a fiend for the Universal Audio Plugin series... think I use it on pretty much every track. I use the Neumann KH120s for monitoring, probably my favourite pair of speakers ever..
