Deniz Yildiz, a Turkish guitarist, arranger, and composer, was born in Antalya on April 15, 1994. His musical journey began at the young age of seven with the guitar. Yildiz honed his skills at the Mediterranean University, specializing in Fine Arts and Music.
Drawing inspiration from legendary guitarists like Yngwie Malmsteen and bands like Scorpions, Yildiz strives to create a modern sound with a foundation in the iconic music of the 80s. His compositions weave classic influences with contemporary flair. In 2022, he released two singles, "I'll Lead My Life" and "Back To The Ocean," showcasing his unique approach.
Yildiz's talent has garnered recognition beyond his native Turkey. In 2016, he triumphed in the Riffwars Hard Rock Hall of Fame challenge on Instagram. His impressive skills further materialized in 2023 when he shared the stage with Mark Boals, former vocalist for Yngwie Malmsteen, and Felix Lehrmann, drummer for Sarah Connor and Martin Miller, during two live performances in Turkey.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked with Mark Boals. Its on my EP called Thrown into My Fate. Mark is a living legend. Working with a legend like him is unreal. He is one of the best singer ever. So im proud of that !
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Planning my concerts. Because on august 15, my second album will be available on iTunes, Spotify and eveywhere. So im working on my concerts.

A: Digital, the world changes.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I always bring my ''A'' game!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Everything! I borned to play guitar !
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: They ask me about when you can finish the solo ? Because they know that the solo will be killer. They just want to learn the date!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Some people thinks that all im doing is playing very fast. But thats wrong. Im an artist. I create it, i write it, i have the full emotion and passion in my solos.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Nothing. I just do my job its simple.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: First of all they should believe in my talent. They should watch my few videos on instagram or youtube. And if i catched them, they should believe me because i will be giving my best to make their songs better!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Fender strat. My Line 6 podx3 live. A cable. Headphones. And my pick !
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Ive been playing guitar for 16 years. I educated music in university. It was crucial. I was only a guitar player before hitting the university. Now im a musician. I worked with masters.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Its unique. If you been watching my instagram videos for months, you can understand that its me playing without seeing me. I play fast, technical, screams, vibratos, creative and killer !
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Scorpions because they are my idols. I wish i could play with them!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: It all depends on the basics. If the basic of the song is good, then you can improve it very good. Because a new idea gonna bring another new idea. So when you record, you will improvise basically. In the end of the day its all about the basics of the song.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I like to work on Rock music, i love classical music. I lıke Heavy Metal and Blues too.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is to play a guitar solo. Doesnt matter electro guitar or acoustic. Im also very good with composing. But in the styles that i know good. Like Rock, Heavy Metal, Acoustic etc.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My solos really ups the song. The speed, the technique and the vibrato. Its like helping the song to conqure the listener. I can play on any type of song. Im experienced.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I get the song. Listen to it for few times. And i play few solos in my mind. And then i take my guitar and record. Most likely i will finish in 2-3 days.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a m-audio 1815 . I use Cubase. I also have akg c414 . I have a lot of pedals for guitar.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I like to see young musicians perform on high level. That makes me to take my guitar and practice hard.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Im a lead guitar player. I play killer guitar solos for the songs. I also love to play acoustic guitar. I enjoy playing solos with both of these guitars. I also record rhytm guitars if its necessary.
