I'm a producer and mixer based at Mercy Sound Studios (Blondie, Cher, Snoop Dog, TV On The Radio, Demi Lovato, Ryan Adams, Ian Brown...). I started in bands as a drummer and guitarist before opening my own studio in the UK. I moved to NYC in 2009 and have worked in studios across the city, and for projects around the world.
I have a Bachelor in Music, were I've learned modern and traditional harmony, as well as jazz guitar and brazilian music. Styles that i like to play the most are brazilian, folk, blues, rock and country. I also study baroque counterpoint, which helps a lot when conducting voices, or making arrangements for brass and strings.
I love the smell of fresh, unmixed tracks in the morning. I'm fast, have great ears and instincts, and have been doing this for a long time. Send me something and I'll send it back to you sounding better.
