Hi, I’m Fergal, a Mastering Engineer with over 20 years of experience. I've had the privilege of working with remarkable artists like Hozier, Fontaines D.C., Muse, Sinead O'Connor, Ben Folds, and The Divine Comedy. My speciality is mastering, and I ensure every mix is ready to resonate with listeners, no matter how they choose to listen.

Above everything else, Jae Daniel is a songwriter and musician. These days Jae travels the United States as an audio & video engineer working with major label artists and large corporations but the studio is where he calls home. He started N40° Records based out of Western New York in 2001. Jae is also a contributor to RecordingStudio.com.

Born in Buenos Aires, I play bass since 1994. I graduated from Escuela de Música Contemporánea, part of the Berklee International Network, in 2002. I've performed with various artists of different music genres like rock, pop, funk, jazz, bossa nova, folklore (argentinian), latin, electronic, and more. Also a music producer and recording engineer.

During the last 15 years I have been performing and recording as a session guitar player and composing music for TV, advertisements, and feature films, including a project with the BBC. Currently I am a part of the LoFi Jazz HipHop project with 2M+ streams on Spotify, and increasingly working with artists looking for a jazzy and groovy sound.

I love to collaborate with songwriters and musicians all over the world the internet is an incredible tool. I seem to gravitate towards EDM, Afro Soul, R&B, Rock, Jazz, Blues, Traditional Irish, and more.

We understand what it takes to make great music and how artist creativity works, how to capture it and translate it to the world as they envisioned. This isn’t just a job to us, where we sit and press the record button. We always take our time to understand each client’s project and never rush the process. I studied a lot in the area of music production, I took several courses and workshops with renowned producers, I am a multi-instrumentalist musician, composer and song writer-lyrics.
