Currently residing as an in house engineer at the prestigious Britannia Row Studios (Pink Floyd) in West London, I also work as a freelance producer / audio engineer working on various projects and have had the opportunity to work in many of London's other top studios including Metropolis, Miloco, British Grove, Studio 13 and Ealing studios.
Welcome to The Hemingway. My name is J.J. Hemingway and I specialize in bringing your sonic vision to reality. The studio is based around an SSL AWS 948 console with some analog outboard that I truly love. We also have great digital tools. We do really quick turn arounds but it has to be right, do don't be too impatient. No charge for revisions.

I have owned my own studio for 10 years. Have done drum tracks of all styles for customers around the globe. My artists are not well known but they are happy with my tracks and always come back for more. I also produce and mix for most of my clients. I am a perfectionist. So your track will be flawless. Music is my passion and it shows in my work.
I will ensure that the message of your music gets across to your listeners. This is my goal, to be invisible and allow your music to shine. The first thing I do when beginning a project is make sure I truly understand the vision or message of the artist. Then I aim at that vision single-mindedly and move towards it!
